- Trees are sanctuaries. Whoever speaks to them, whoever knows how to listen to them, learns the truth. They do not preach lessons and doctrines, they preach carefree about one thing only, the primal law of life. With our Wald-Mix-Portfolio (Forest Mix Portfolio) we combine all possible forms of forest management and forest conservation. In Africa, but also in South America, huge areas of the oldest forests are facing exploitation if we do not finally get involved in their protection.

Direct project support
Support of a specific ecological, social or combined measure. No particular CO₂e effect is stated.

Legal classification
What EmpCo permits
Investments in environmental initiatives may be communicated factually. A project contribution does not have to be certificate-based.
The important limit
No neutral, reduced or positive climate effect of a product may be derived from the project support.
Application
The new rules apply from 27 September 2026.

Keep them apart
A CO₂ balance, a company's own reductions and voluntary project contributions should be presented separately.
