- Das Jari / Amapá REDD+ Projekt ist eine Partnerschaft zur Förderung des Waldschutzes und zur Reduzierung von Treibhausgasemissionen auf Basis eines lokalen Wirtschaftsentwicklungsmodells, das bestehenden Wald durch eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten schützt. Zusätzlich unterstützt die Kombination Jari / Amapá plus Waldökologieprojekte in Deutschland mit dem Bergwaldprojekt e.V. und Baumpflanzungen in Togo, Westafrika. Es verbindet das Beste was wir für bestehende und neue Wälder tun können und sorgt zugleich für die regionale Stärkung und Förderung von Waldprojekten in Deutschland.

Support of a specific ecological, social or combined measure. No particular CO₂e effect is stated.

Legal classification
What EmpCo permits
Investments in environmental initiatives may be communicated factually. A project contribution does not have to be certificate-based.
The important limit
No neutral, reduced or positive climate effect of a product may be derived from the project support.
Application
The new rules apply from 27 September 2026.

Keep them apart
A CO₂ balance, a company's own reductions and voluntary project contributions should be presented separately.
